Gram Silver Token (GRAMS), which is issued for physical grams of silver with a fineness of 0.999, runs on the Avalanche (AVAX) blockchain. For each GRAMS produced, a gram of physical silver of the same value is added to the company’s vaults. Investors can store their GRAMS tokens in Avalanche-compatible cryptocurrency wallets.

The supply-demand balance between the GRAMS token and physical silver is maintained by a smart contract. When a GRAMS token is generated, a gram of physical silver of the same value is automatically added to the company’s vault by this smart contract. When the amount of physical silver in the company’s vault decreases, GRAMS tokens in the equivalent value are burned by the smart contract. Thus, the 1:1 ratio between the GRAMS token and physical silver in the company’s vault is maintained. This ensures that the GRAMS token is not affected by sudden price fluctuations on cryptocurrency exchanges.
